I genuinely don't know how else to start this review because Cobalt Cypher is BEYOND amazing.

I adore that Blue Talisman scent profile — that sparkling, almost electric freshness that somehow manages to smell clean, sophisticated and ridiculously expensive at the same time — so the idea of having a Scented Affair interpretation was already exciting.

But THIS? Meghal absolutely nailed it.

The opening is spectacular. You immediately get that juicy pear with bright bergamot, mandarin and that little kick of fresh ginger. It's crisp and vibrant, but not in a generic citrus-perfume way. There's something almost addictive about it.

And then the magic happens.

As it settles, the orange blossom starts peeking through and everything becomes smoother, airier and beautifully woody. The Georgywood®, Akigalawood, Ambrofix™, musk and cedar give it this gorgeous expensive-clean, freshly showered, impeccably put-together feeling that I cannot get enough of.

It's fresh, but it has depth.

Clean, but never boring.

Sophisticated, but incredibly easy to wear.

And although the opening is beautiful, wait for the dry down. That is where Cobalt Cypher completely stole my heart. It becomes this smooth, musky, woody scent that seems to melt into your skin while still leaving the most incredible trail.

This is the kind of perfume that makes me keep smelling my own arm like an absolute lunatic. 😂

And the performance? Phenomenal. I can still smell it hours later, and somehow it manages to have presence without screaming across the room.

Office? Absolutely.
Dinner? Yes.
Summer? Gorgeous.
Signature scent? Without question.

And please don't put this one into a gender box. I can imagine Cobalt Cypher smelling absolutely incredible on anyone.

Cobalt Cypher is easily one of my favourite Scented Affair creations yet. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a beautiful scent, already ordered my second bottle!

I need to start this review with a confession… I genuinely hate body oils. 😂 I hate that sticky, greasy feeling where you feel like you're wearing the oil rather than your skin absorbing it.

But Vivid Fantasy Body Oil completely surprised me.

This literally melts into my skin. It absorbs beautifully, leaving my skin incredibly soft with this gorgeous healthy glow — but NO greasy residue and no sticky feeling. I can actually get dressed afterwards without feeling like my clothes are going to stick to me. 😂

And then you get that beautiful Vivid Fantasy scent: sparkling litchi, romantic peony, with that unexpected cacao and patchouli underneath giving it warmth and depth.

Your skin feels soft. It looks luminous. And it smells incredible.

Coming from someone who actively avoids body oils… the fact that I genuinely WANT to use this one says everything.

Captures the original profile accurately by 90% or more. Very juicy and fruity.
