These are not counterfeit products. They are not copies. They are original formulations made by skilled perfumers, sold under their own brand name.
Are They Legal?
Yes, absolutely. Fragrance formulas cannot be trademarked or copyrighted. What is protected is the brand name, bottle design, and logo — none of which "inspired by" fragrances use.
